From Hope to Holding Her: My Motherhood Story at 51 yrs old

At 51, I answered a quiet, persistent call within me—the call to become a mother.

Despite everything the world says about age and fertility, I chose to believe in possibility. I chose to trust my body, to listen deeply, and to honour the wisdom it holds.

With the support of BabyGrow DNA test and the assistance of IVF, I began this journey. But more than that, I had to work with my body & my mind.

I nurtured my body with food as medicine and softened my mind against the negative voices that say being a mother only belongs to women in their 20’s & 30’s. I quietly carved out a space within me that supported the biggest dream I’ve ever had. To be a mother. To believe it’s possible.

My first embryo transfer was successful.

My pregnancy felt held, supported, and deeply aligned—and today, I hold my beautiful  baby in my arms.

This journey has shown me that our bodies are not broken. They are waiting to be supported, understood, and trusted.

If you feel the pull toward motherhood, even now, even later than expected—listen to it.

Reach out to me. There is a path. There is support. There is possibility.

You don’t have to walk the path alone.
