6 Rules of Intermittent Fasting

  1. Get your head around its ok to skip breakfast. Not only is it ok, it's healthy
  2. Fast for 16 hours. Choose from popular times 6pm-10am, 7pm-11am or 8pm-12pm
  3. Drink water & herbal teas during your fast! 1 x coffee/tea is allowed
  4. Eat fruit on an empty stomach or 3-4 hours after a meal
  5. Exercise minimum 3-5 x per week
